provide technical support services to our clients at
various levels at the hardware as well as the
software areas. With our team of
engineers/technicians, we managed to gained
satisfactory acceptance and appreciation. Our
services are extended in three ways. In-house repair
workshop, where we do repair/troubleshooting works
for various types of equipment i.e. Desktop PCs,
Laptops, printers, and other IT equipments. Another
arm of our technical support is to offer the
required service on-site. This is adopted in cases
where the equipment can not be transported or
urgency nature of the repair can not allow for time
delays. Lastly through our website, clients can
visit our website and put their questions and/or
problems as service tickets in Mishcat Customer Care
Section. Our standby staff is constantly observing
those requests and attends to them as required.
Services are provided to our clients on a
case-by-case basis or through a long-terms
commitment such as yearly service contracts.
