Support and Service are the core of Mishcat Computer Services’ business. We offer to our clients well thought of programs of Technical support and diversified service activities in the IT spheres. The links on the left side are the main services we do offer to our clients.

 

This includes Ethernet network (LAN) design and implementation. Also, we do carry out works like cable layout, router/switches installation, site preparations i.e. power requirements, installation of Routers/Switches and Server Cabinets and provision of AVRs and UPS systems.. etc. Also, we do configure workstations, Servers, and others equipment and connect them as required.

 

 

This includes the implementation of Internet at single as well as networked workstations. That requires configuration of Internet equipment like modems, routers, firewall and access-points. Additionally, we carry out more sophisticated tasks like Website Design, Website Hosting, Website Management and Maintenance.

 

 

 

This is part of our consultations activities where we conduct complete studies as the clients’ site(s) and pin point the righteous requirement of the clients in the IT areas. And based on that, we suggest the appropriate equipment and applications to fulfill the intended functions requirement. We can then either carry out a complete automation project at agreed time schedule or supervise the implementation of project on a consultation basis.

 

  

We can help our clients in this area in two ways. Either we design a complete application package as per clients requirement and undergo coding, testing, and implementation. Or, the client already has the requirement and needs only provide manpower to carry the jobs on a time basis.

 

 

 

Through our Communication County as well as world wise, we can make available ready-made application software and their required licenses, Depending on the application, we can also arrange technical support like training, installation, and implementation for those packages.

 

  

We provide technical support services to our clients at various levels at the hardware as well as the software areas. With our team of engineers/technicians, we managed to gained satisfactory acceptance and appreciation. Our services are extended in three ways. In-house repair workshop, where we do repair/troubleshooting works for various types of equipment i.e. Desktop PCs, Laptops, printers, and other IT equipments. Another arm of our technical support is to offer the required service on-site. This is adopted in cases where the equipment can not be transported or urgency nature of the repair can not allow for time delays. Lastly through our website, clients can visit our website and put their questions and/or problems as service tickets in Mishcat Customer Care Section. Our standby staff is constantly observing those requests and attends to them as required. Services are provided to our clients on a case-by-case basis or through a long-terms commitment such as yearly service contracts.
